using reports/logs

Hello,

I have added a course and use the reports/logs to track attendance but one of my students is not showing up on the log as accessing the course.  I watched her log in to Moodle and open up the course but when I review the reports/logs I cannot see that she has accessed the course.  Can anyone help me?
