Atto edit settings not available

After upgrading from Moodle 2.8 to 2.9 I noticed some issues with the Atto Editor.  I uninstalled it and then re-installed using the Atto editor from Git-Hub.  Everything seemed to install OK, including all the plugins I had previously installed, but when I go to Plugins --> Text Editors, I no longer have the Toolbar Settings, nor do I see it when I click on Manage text editors.  The TinyMCE options are all there.  When I switch to Atto as my editor, I see the basic tools, but no more.  The Collapse button is missing as well.

Any ideas of what I might do to fix this issue?

Hi Phil,

I don't think that the github version is maintained. That was a prototype to be used with 2.5 and 2.6. The features you are missing were not part of that version, but developed late. The most recent version is in 2.9 already. You should go back to that. What issues were you having with it?
