Trying to use one of the free mobile device emulators for testing my site http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/2012/11/6-free-mobile-device-emulators-for-testing-your-site/ . They all return a blank screen for my own site http://vletest.uws.ac.uk and for https://moodle.org . Is there an emulator available that works with Moodle?
