Moodle in English: Don't shuffle answer choices

I have a lesson with many multichoice pages. I'd like the answer options to always appear in the same order, is it possibile?

Unfortunately it is not possible at the moment. There are a couple of open issues to get it fixed, see MDL-34927 and MDL-18070.
