Hello,

I have a strange issue occurring in my Moodle setup.

I am setting up a Moodle site with v2.8.5 (Build 20150310) on a shared hosting platform (bluehost).
MySQL 5.5.42.37.1
PHP 5.4.40

Theme: Portal

I have completion tracking enabled on a site-level and course-level. I have local course completion conditions set as well as the activity completion settings set for the activities in the course. 

But on On the course home page, I see the 'Your Progress' on the right of the activities but the check boxes are missing. I don't know how to get this resolved. 

Anybody with any suggestions please help. Screenshots attached.

What happens if you change your course theme to Clean?  Just wondering if it might be a theme issue.
