V. 2.6.4 - This may be a silly question - especially for someone like me who has been administering Moodle for 10+ years now... but I need to confirm that students are not automatically sent an email notification when a grade is entered in the Gradebook. I can't for the life of me find this documented anywhere. I've done random testing and the test student does not receive an email but I just want to double check in case I've missed something ...
I am aware of students being able to control their own email notifications via personal messaging settings as well as the new settings in 2.6 re: workflow via the Assignment activity but I can't find anything documented insofar as actual Gradebook entries. Are these linked in any way??
