Hello I'm new to Moodle Events, was unable to find any video tutorials or other documentation on the matter, and having trouble following all the documentation listed here:

All I'm looking to do is simply print on the browser "hello world" when a user successfully logs in. Can someone who's more experienced with this please show how this can be done? I believe the event I wish to tap into is core\event\user_loggedin
We are using Moodle 2.6.6+, switching to 2.7+ in the Summer.
