Help! The site has stopped picking up the words that make up the pages and is instead showing [mainmenu], [courses] etc. OTher languages are showing ok, just not English.
Thinking this would be an easy one to sort I reuploaded the English language files from moodle.org (as suggested on a few previous posts) but no change. I've checked that every file is in the lang/en folder that was in the download.
I don't know where else to look. I must be missing something.
Solved by the excellent support team at my host pteppic.net. It apparently was the permissions on the language files.
