I am running on the latest weekly updates (2.8.2+ right now) in case that helps.
It was recently brought to my attention that when a teacher is looking at a grader report the "Overall Average" number is higher than the total possible score. For example we have a course with one exam with a total possible score of 10 and the overall average is 10.58. This intuitively doesn't seem right considering all the users who have taken the exam have scores of 10 or lower. Am I misunderstanding what this number means?

You have probably worked out the answer to this one by now . I had the same issue and it was because I had my grader report preferences set to show only active enrolments. When I changed my preferences to show all enrolments, an accurate "Overall average" was displayed.

It seems that we have a specialty role of "non-editing instructors" and the option in the My Preferences is not shown for these users. Thoughts?
