Newbie Question - How to prevent a word being a link to a document

I find that if I use a word in a question that is the name of the source document (e.g. name of the book) and I don't want the quiz taker to have access to that document, how do I turn this feature off?  Or, what is the setting name I need to change and it's location?

Hello there. Go to Course administration>Filters and make sure that Activity names auto-linking  is turned off. Also -if it is in a quiz then go into the quiz settings and you can turn off that filter for the quiz.
