Issue: Assignments to be submitted by online text. Invariably circa 5% of submissions show a blank page with the number 1 placed in the top left portion of the screen being the only visible entity. For these students a search through the logs indicates that they did submit a response and the number of words in their response is shown. Curiously, in one case, the online text submission originally was visible, then when I revisited the submission the following day, it had changed to 1, then the full response reappeared again on a further visit, and then it returned to 1 on the next perusal.
Anyone else out there have a similar issue and do they know how it might be resolved.
