I have been working providing guidance about integrating Moodle to several educative institutions and have observed how using this platform not only changes practices within the classroom but also helps to build stronger and more effective management processes, like courses planning, academia-like groups to build courses, etc.
In trying to write a paper on this subject, I have had a hard time in finding other works on the subject, I would appreciate your comments if you know of any.
