I want to set up a choice on my front page and I want anyone, even people who aren't logged in to answer it. How would one go about doing that?
I believe that only the Feedback module can do that.

We do this at my school with the Choice activity.
You have to go into your permissions and have both Guest and Authenticated Users set to Allow for View Choice and Make Choice permissions.
