I think what Ruth means is (and please correct me if I'm wrong, Ruth) that the progress bar displays OK on question pages but if question pages (and therefore branching paths) are included in your lesson, it doesn't work in the sense that the progress bar is not accurate by the time you get to the end of the lesson, ie.  you'll get the last page in the lesson and the progress bar will be at, say, 70% for example.

It seems like all pages are counted in the progress bar calculation, even though students may never see some pages depending on their responses to questions resulting in jumps to different branches.  In my case, I have a very simple lesson comprising 4 content pages, then a question page with 2 options.  Each option takes the user to another branch containing 2 content pages each, then both branches end and jump back to a final content page that all users see regardless of which option they choose earlier.  So a total of 10 pages, 8 of which will be seen by any given student.

When I test the lesson with a student login, the progress bar only shows 80% by the time I reach the last page of the lesson - I'm assuming that the progress bar calcualtion takes every page into account even though not every page will be seen by the user thanks to the nature of the lesson and the branching path provided by the question page.  Again, 10 total pages, 8 of which will be seen by any student doing the lesson, 8/10 = 80%.

Is there any way to get around this?  I've expiremented with clusters and end of branch pages but haven't had any success.
