Creating a course with two parallel time lines

Creating a course with two parallel time lines

I'm going to create a new course. I will have two time lines so as some days of the week I will be teaching some contents and some other days of the weeks other contents. Kind of two different courses so I could make two different moodle courses, but exams and grades will be just one, so I would like to do it in inly one course.

Is it possible to make that?

What type of moodle course/modules should I use?

regards

It doesn't really matter which course format you use - Topics would do just fine. It depends really on whether you want to hide the contents of the week you are not teaching them or whether you  don't mind students seeing them. You could either just show everything, which is possibly best, or, if you think that would cause confusion, you could use Conditional activities to restrict access by date, so items in one topic section are only visible on the dates when you will need them. Or if the content depends on the group you are teaching, you could combine this with Groups and show them to just one group and not another.
