Add sections in quiz

I want to create quiz which is divided in various sections for this purpose i have update quiz form in quiz/mod_form file by i don't know in which file related queries (insert/update) are execute.

I have also create/update database tables through install.xml file.

I also want to create questions under these sections.

Currently, I am working in moodle version 2.6.3

Any body can guide me.
