Hi

I need to change the content of page based on selected language,for example  login instruction front page slider ,marketing spot ,HTML blocks ,....

Crisp theme does that and I need help to achieve it in other themes

2)I want to customise log in page by adding HTML Blocks for example I have many instrcutions to log in for students ,teachers ,and staff,   where to do that?

Sorry if this is not theme issue, any help appreciated
