I have just taken over at a school and I'm new to Moodle. We have had a new network installed. As part of this work all our existing users have been migrated to the new network and their passwords reset.
I have changed the LDAP settings in Moodle to point to the new server, this is a W2012 R2 box.
When users try to log into Moodle they receive the error; You cannot proceed without changing your password, however there is no available page for changing it. Please contact your Moodle Administrator.
We are running Moodle 1.9.7, on Ubuntu 10.04.3
Force change password is set to No
Use standard change pass word page is set to No
The users passwords are 8 characters long all lower case, no numbers and no special characters, these will get set to secure passwords when the users are back in school.
Any help would be really appreciated
