Is there a role called enrol/flatfile:unenrolself or something like it that would allow users who are flat filed enrolled to be able to remove themselves?

CSV upload just creates a manual enrollment. Students should be able to unenroll themselves from the course just like any other student. Actually you will need to give the student role permission to do that.

Thank you for the reply, although I do not think that is the case - I have that checked, and flatfile enrolled students cannot unenroll themselves while manually enrolled students can.

That's interesting...and makes absolutely no sense to me at all!
I wonder if there is a field you can add in your upload file to allow unenrollment?
