Parents cannot view grades item-by-item

Hello all,

After searching, I found out how to provide parent access to the gradebook, assigned to a specific student.  However, I have been unable to allow parents to view student grades item-by-item, with the ability to see each assignment's grade.

Parents are only seeing the total average students have in the course.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
