Restore a course after deleting

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to find out whether you could help me with my problem: I had 2 draft courses on my site and in the process of editing I wanted to delete one of them but have deleted both. Is it possible to restore them? I didn't make back up unfortunately.

I would appreciate it greatly if you could help me.

Maybe there are others here that know a secret about Moodle, but in my experience course deletion is permanent. If you do not have a backup your DBA can restore for you, I would think you are out of options.
