Assign role if user is authenticated via LDAP

Hello,


I am searching for a solution that allows me to automatically assign a role (e.g. 'employee') if the authentication is via the LDAP authenticator.

Does anyone know some kind of solution?

Good Morning Ricky,

Typically, role assignment is not related to authentication.  Role assignments are usually related to contexts such as a course.  For instance, Teacher A could have the Teacher role in Course A but a Student role in Course B.  

If you want to assign roles, you need to do it via LDAP Enrollment.
