I am using moodle 2.3

Hello,


I want to make all the contents of particular course to guests.

But guests are able to access all except quiz and hotpot. 

How to make quiz and hotpot also accessible to guests?

You can't. See Guest role But what you CAN do is save your HotPot exercise as a webpage and make that open to guests.

Hello. I'm sorry but you can't make quizzes available to guests, only to logged in users. See Quiz FAQ number 14 Why can't guests take a quiz without creating an account and logging in?
