Can't install Moodle 2.7

I downloaded Moodle 2.7 in winzip form and now it won't let me install. I am new and have no clue what to do other than to say that Moodle SUCKS!

Sounds like you want Moodle to behave like any other free software such as Libreoffice, Blender, Linux, Gimp. But it doesn't work that way. You first of all  need a web address for where you can provide courses, and where students can find you to enrol with your courses. 

If you want a simple one click install get yourself a website from a web host who offers moodle as part of the package. It should cost you more than 5 GPB a month. Don't accept annual fees until such time you are satisfied with your webhost.
