I am attempting to import a chapter as a html file into the book module.
I have converted my pdf file to html
When I attempt to finish the import i get a message saying
"This page includes frames, and your browser does not work with it."
Can anyone help me with this

This is an HTML issue, actually; you should then read a bit about frames:

Basically you need to take the code from each frame and put it into the main page. The following page describes how to divide a page into frames, so think the other way:
