i can launch class and also the chat is good . but when teacher want to upload file or shar screen . it can not do this . None of the top bar of wiziq dont work .

for enabling screen sharing you have to add live wiziq certificate in security tab of your pc Java control panel.
If you're using Windows, search Java control panel, select Security tab, Modify site list and add http://live.wiziq.com (then confirm).
If other features don't work I suggest to contact Wiziq assistance. You could anyway try downloading Wiziq Desktop Client from their site, that bypasses Flash usage (Flash is always a pain for everything).
In addition, the desktop does not require java download. Here's more about WizIQ desktop: http://www.wiziq.com/desktop/

On my Java Standard Edition Version 7 Update 45 Windows control panel there is no "site list" on the Security tab. I don't see a "Site List" anywhere in that Java Control Panel.
