Site Administration panel's links vanished after migrating to another server

Hi,

I was administrating Moodle (1.9) for a local library few years ago. Recently the library staff moved the site to another server on their own and during the move or after it all the site administration panel's links have disappeared. The panel is there but it is empty for everyone who logs in as a site administrator.  Any ideas what has gone wrong and where to start troubleshooting?

We just encountered this problem. I have seen in other places that solutions were found, but none were shared. Literally all that is missing is the Site Administration Panel on the Course screen. Although, not the end of the world, it is a major inconvenience and hinders production and getting students access to the resources they require.


Any help would be appreciated.
