Hello everyone.
I have performed a bulk upload of users and for some reason two of the students experienced login errors.
I was able to delete and recreate one of the accounts, but I now find that I can not delete the second account. I have copied and pasted the error message below.
I would like to get rid of this account and create a new one as soon as possible. Can anyone tell me how to clear this issue? THanks very much for your help.
