2.5 vs 2.6

2.5 vs 2.6

I'm looking at upgrading my site shortly from 2.5.3(?) to 2.6, primarily because of the improvements I've seen are in the SCORM interface.  What other differences are there?  Are there a lot of changes to the way it works?

I don't really know what improvements/modifications were made to 2.6 from 2.5.  Switching from 1.9 to 2.5 was a big adjustment for my agency and I'm just curious what I can expect.

For this sort of information you need to find the 'release notes' http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_2.6_release_notes

That links to http://docs.moodle.org/26/en/New_features

This is exactly what I was looking for.  I couldn't remember where to find it.  Thanks so much Tim!

And, avoiding another post, Rick, I could not agree more.  I wouldn't do an upgrade without testing it on our dev site first.

Consider doing the upgrade on an "experimental" install of your Moodle first.  There really were some changes when I upgraded that caused me to seek a few fixes, so I was glad that I experimented first.
