We have been using the External Tool LTI to connect up to an e-book supplier and we have just come to have a look at how much the links have been used and it would appear that it does not record its usage. I have tried getting the information via Reports in the particular courses and when I select the activity I get the following message.
Using Reports\Course participation
Using Reports\Logs it just shows when it was added or updated.
Using Reports\Activity report it just gives a '-' for the number of views.
We are Moodle 2.5.3
Has anyone else come across this and is this something that should be submitted as a bug?
