I seem to be having a problem when trying to switch over to LDAP authentication from e-mail authenticaton. I get an error "module does not seem to be present. Please ensure it is installed and enabled." Isn't there a check for php4 in the LDAP module? I have php 5 on a SUSE 9.3 server. I have migrated a 1.4 installation to a new server and ran the cvs update to 1.5 Stable.
We had the same problem - I will ask my tech in the morning what he did to fix it. We are getting warning messages now I posted them at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=25318#119445 Hoping someone may be able to help us.
