Hi,
I am a moodle developer and developing a local plugin in moodle 2.6.1 . I want to perform some actions just after creating / updating a course. However I am not sure about moodle event capturing. Please clarify my following doubts.
1. Can I capture moodle course_create / course_update event in our custom developed local plugin?
2. If yes, please guide me how it can be capture?
