Before creating a ticket would see if there is any way to delete all responses massively of a feedback like you could do in the plugin questionnaire.
Currently, the only way I can think of is to export and import questions again to erase all the answers.

Save your feedback as a template. Then delete your original feedback and create a new one using the template.
Another option: just copy the feedback. Don't think the answers will follow. Then delete the original.
In the course, turn on editing, duplicate the feedback. It will have the questions but no answers. Either hide the original feedback for later comparison, or delete it.
