hi ,

I am new in moodle I want to know can I create course with level , for example students force to pass the Elementry1 then can pass Elementry2

Yes, Mahdis.

Edit the settings for Elementary2. In the "Restrict Access" section, put Elementary1 in the Activity Completion Condition.
