We have an issue with the frame size in the database. It is not caused by the frame size of the original file (the html of it has been updated). Where can I edit it? (see below).

Not sure what you mean by frame size in the database. If that's an internal frame, its size does not automatically change when the content size changes. You will need to add some javascript for auto-resize.
