Results Sheet manage and Print.
Online Test.
Finance.
HR.
Inventory.
Fixed Asset Management.
Can I get them in Moodle. If not are there any plugins?
You can do some of this in Moodle, but definitely not things like Finance. It's designed to provide learning activities for students. You can use it as a repository for documents, and as a social network tool, but I'm sure there is a more appropriate tool for the management tasks you want.

I would go so far to say that Moodle doesn't do *any* of this. The above are all management activities of one kind or another. That's not what Moodle does.
