When respondents click no they see a blank page to work through?

When using a multiple choice question with a yes/no answer, when my respondents click 'no' and then 'enter' instead of taking them to the next question they are taken to a blank screen and have to click 'enter' to get to the next question (see picture below).  The same problem does not occur when my respondents click 'yes'.  I am sure this is my error, can anyone help me please?

I would look at the particular question - I would guess that you have some feedback setting set on the No answer and not on the Yes answer.

Hi Wendy,

is it possible that you use dependent questions? Maybe you defined the rule in a wrong way so no question will be shown.

Best regards
