Submission option of Email in Questionnaires not working for us

Hello,

We recently updated to version 2.6 (Build 20131205).

Since then, any questionnaires which have an Email address specified in the Submission options (Advanced Settings) do not send an email once the Questionnaire has been submitted.

Is anyone else having this problem, or just us?
