I have taken the time to add some extended options to the external database enrollment plugin.

Does anyone else find this helpful? I would like to see if we can expand this further to really allow for full and simple integration into other Student Information Systems.
I added the following changes if anyone has ideas for more pleas speak up:
Set course template per course (This allows handling of different terms, school etc in different ways)
Set Startdate (this one just seemed obvious, we use Moodle for in class course pages as well which are tied to a date.)
Link cross listed, joint courses from the database (I realize this may not be the best way to do it however database enrol already created courses so it seemed a logical step that will save some time some code was used from the block created previously.)
If these improvements fit your school please vote it up so we can get them tested and added to the core. Again if you have further ideas we could add more.
