Do you happen to know the version of your Moodle? I'm not sure but I am wondering if it is too old a version to use the mobile app.

I get a message, "web services must be enabled in Advanced Features" when trying to run this App on my Nexus 7 (2013). No idea what this message means, or where to find these "web services"

In the Moodle site you wish to connect to, Site administration>Advanced features>Enable webservices

Found it, but what an unhelpful error message.

n.b. "Web services enable other systems to log in to this Moodle and perform operations. For extra security this feature should be disabled unless you are really using it."

But the App now comes up with another message: Web service does not exist or might be disabled.

Please see the documentation Mobile app for details of how an administrator can enable mobile access to their Moodle site.

I'm going to move this discussion to the Moodle for mobile forum in case anyone has any further questions about the mobile app.
