Installing and upgrading help

Hello

I have a site created using Joomla on Altervista. Now I would like to integrate it with Moodle through the extension Joomdle.

I tried to install moodle on the site but I'm stuck to the creation of the new database in phpMyAdmin. Unfortunately, Altervista tells me that I do not have the necessary privileges to do so.
Someone who has installed moodle on Altervista know how I can resolve the situation?
