I upload my feedback file in the assignment for Moodle 2.5. It shows the uploaded file; I save changes and all looks good then when the student goes to read the feedback file, it isn't there. I thought it was a browser issue so I switched from Firefox to Explorer and I'm still experience the disappearing files. Any advice?
Are resubmissions on?
Did you open a new resubmission?
If so, then the original submission + feedback files will be listed under 'Previous attempts'. Maybe this is something that should be looked at (possibly automatically open 'Attempt 1', if no new submission has been started).
If that isn't the issue, then it would need further investigation to find out what the problem is.
