I was recently told that the end of day light savings has been pushed back for Jerusalem/Asia to the 27th of Oct from the 6th, I looked into the timezone files and it says it is finishing on the 2nd. Could this be updated?

Just wondering whether you have updated the timezones for your moodle site via Administration > Site administration > Location > Update timezones and whether this has resulted in Jerusalem being updated?

Yup, I did that, and looked in the mdl_timezone table at the `std_month` `std_startday` columns which were 10 and 2 respectively. Then checked the file used for the update (http://download.moodle.org/timezone/) "356,Asia/Jerusalem,2013,Zion,120,60,3,23,5,0,04:00,10,2,0,0,03:00". I could be wrong but it looks like DST is set to finish on the second of October to me.
