Check your "Maximum number of answers" setting. I suppose it is now at 1, if so, increase it.

PS. You wrote "I am developing quizzes in lessons." Please stick to the Moodle terminology to avoid confusion. In Moodle, Lesson and Quiz are two totally separate, unrelated activities.
