I meet all the requirements on the server check list and i click continue and this message keeps coming up, and ideas or help please?
" Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\moodle\mod\data\db\subplugins.php on line 3"
The server checks meet all minimum requirments but the continue page will not load on moodle 2.5.1+
