Embedding Articulate Quizmaker file into a Moodle Book

I would like to embed an Articulate Quizmaker file on the last page of my moodle book.  I tried embedding the flash file, but was unsuccessful.  Here is the code that I used:

Could someone please assist me with what I am missing?

Thanks Frank. 

The version of moodle that we are on does not have this option; however, our organization is getting ready to upgrade to Moodle 2.4.   Is this a component of 2.4?

Yes, this feature has been available since version 2.3
