Is it possible to make links to text from one chapter in book to another chapter in book?

There is a block of Table of content which adds automaticallly when you add book. There all the links appear. You can try adding links in the book page it will work.
Yes, copy the specific URL of the chapter you want, and paste in the link.
Where do you find the URL of a chapter or subchapter?

When you click on any sub chapter or chapter you can check the URL in the browser copy from there and paste it where you want.
