Does course backup stores the badge information as well? I know badge is new in 2.5 and was wondering if the badge information gets backed up in the mbz file.
I tried and it did not seem to add the badge information. When I restore the course, badge information was missing.

Hello, I was interested in using a few of my badges created on one curse into another one. I would like to know if it is possible to export badges in this manner.

Since 2.5.1, yes. You use backup and restore to do this just like other course features and content. When you do a backup and restore, you will see a checkbox whether to include badges or not - check that to include them, then likewise check that again on restore.
