Been searching high and low, for something that would seem simple. We authenticate with LDAP, but I have several hidden courses that I want my staff to see, but not make it visible to students. They appear greyed out as an admin. But because they are grade level specific, not all teachers will need to enroll in each one. I just want my LDAP "Staff" group to be able to have a role that allows them to view hidden greyed out courses. Our LDAP is not configured so we can use the Admin Manual Enrollment.
Thought I could do this with roles, but I have potentially 2,000 teachers and 50,000 students that can authenticate via LDAP. With 2,000 teachers I am not going to manually add them to a "view hidden courses" role set. I don't want to tell everyone here is the enrollment key, I want to include those in the description of the hidden courses, but make these hidden courses not visible to LDAP authenticated students, only to my "staff".
