Just upgraded to 1.4.4 but found this error whenever I create a new forum topic.
My moodle site does not use port 80. After a new forum topic creation, the page is redirected to port 80, which obviously gives rise to page not found (404) error. However, subsequent reply to that new topic does not have this problem. There was no such problem in the earlier versions.
